You can choose to use SD card (maximum 128G) or subscribe to cloud storage (charge) to permanently save your recorded videos, and delete unnecessary movies in ICSEE app to save storage space.
VERY IMPORTANT FAQS:
Q: Not completely wireless/Was advertised as wireless.
A: “Wireless” means that the camera works with the 2.4Ghz wifi(Don’t support 5G wifi), but the camera needs to stay plug in the power outlet for supply power.
Q: Why can’t the camera recognize the SD card?
A: 1. This camera supports FAT32 format Class 6, Class 10 SD card, max supports 128GB.
2. If you insert the SD card into the camera after the camera plug in power outlet, the camera may not be able to recognize the SD card. Please unplug the power outlet, then plug in it again and restart the camera.
Q: How does the “Auto track” work?
A: Open the app, going to the device interface, you can find the “Auto Track” on the intercom interface.
If someone in the detection range, when the camera capture the body motion and it will automatically track the activity trajectory, but the camera will not return to the original monitoring position when the movement leaves its detection range.
Q: Why the camera makes a ding sound or beeps?
A: The distance of the camera and phone is too close.
Q: Why the camera would offline?
A: Please make sure the wifi router and the camera are within the effective distance, and reset the camera and connect again.
Q:Why the camera doesn’t connect to the wifi?
A: Check if your phone is connecting to 2.4G wifi.(The camera isn’t compatible with 5G wifi) and the camera needs to plug in the power outlet to charge.
Please download APP “iCSee” on your phone and add the camera to you phone via the APP.
Please check if the distance of your phone, camera and the router is within 30-100cm when connect them.
Please reset the camera(the reset button is in the SD card slot) and connect again.
Q; How to do when the SD card doesn’t store the motion video?
A: Please insert the SD card into the camera, check the button of “Motion Detection” is turning on of the phone APP, it will store the video when it detects motion. If SD card doesn’t store the motion video, pleasa format the it.
Q: Why cann’t use the phone/email to register account for the app?
A: Please register an account firstly, and then login in. If you cann’t use the phone/email to register account, please try to choose the “Quick Login”.
